Day 45

Spring is on its way!
Today was beautiful outside, Joel went out to play and he didn't even need a jacket! He played in what I hope is the last little bit of snow that is on our lawn and said hello to his little frog statue in our garden. He loved the freedom of being outside with no big heavy coat and snowpants!

Day 44

Rattan Basket
Sophia is teething right now and EVERYTHING she gets her hands on goes in her mouth. I sat her down with her basket of toys to play and she emptied out the basket one toy at a time(each one going in her mouth for a little taste). Then she flipped over her basket and decided to take a taste of it too. She didn't like it very much.

Grandpa Howard

Today a father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and faithful and loving minister to thousands went to see Jesus. Well done thou good and faithful servant, enter into the kingdom of heaven.
RIP Grandpa Howard....

Day 42

Took lots of pics today, I will share this one with you. My whole family out celebrating mom and dads 50 anniversary. It is hard to get all of us together for a photo, so you have to take the opportunity when you have it. We had a great time together today.

Day 41

50 Golden Years

Today my mom and dad celebrate 50 years of marriage. They came to Canada from Portugal 44 years ago with 3 children. Here in Canada they had 3 more children(me being one of them.) Today we are a large happy family with a total of 11 grandkids for my mom and dad to love and spoil. This picture was taken at Christmas with all of the grandkids except for the oldest grandson.

Sophia is desperately trying to get her brothers little cars, she isn't quite crawling yet but she gets herself around pretty good. She is one determined little girl.

Sophia love to make funny faces, one day some of these will be shown at her wedding!!

Joel is a slippery one when it comes to the camera, sometimes I have to just sneak up to him when he is relaxing on the floor and catch him of guard.
